New Patient Process

1.

We're here to make things easy for you! Get in touch with us through our online forms, send us a quick text, or simply give us a call. Once you reach out, our friendly team will set up a personalized account just for you and send over your patient forms. We can't wait to start this journey with you!

2.

Schedule Your Appointment

We can help you schedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

Once the form is submitted, contact us at 371-426-7307

3.

Prepare for Your Appointment

Please bring your insurance information if you have a dental plan. If you have access to previous x-rays, please bring them or have them sent to the office. We can assist you in obtaining these. Bring a list of any medications you are currently taking and let us know about any medical conditions we should be aware of.

4.

Plan Your Trip

Please click here to get directions to our office. Enter your starting address and directions will come up - a map, distance, and approximate travel time. Please leave yourself adequate time to make it to your scheduled appointment on time.

We are located on the Northwest corner of the round-about at Main St. and Hazel Dell Pkwy. Note: some mapping software calls Main St. “131st St.”

Note: Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

5.

Your First Visit

When you first come in, you’ll need to fill out some important forms for our files. We use an iPad with Yapi Software to make this process streamlined and simple. You will then briefly wait in our comfortable waiting area until it is time for your appointment.

You will soon be escorted to your treatment room where your digital x-rays and intraoral photos will be taken. One of our dental assistants or hygienists will check your gums and take note of any fillings, crowns, or other dental work you’ve had in the past. If you’re here for a general visit, your teeth will be cleaned, flossed, and polished. Otherwise, if you’ve come in for a specific dental concern, Dr. Rupenthal will come in to discuss and plan a solution.

When the visit is complete, you’ll return to the front desk to discuss payment options and plan for your follow-up visit if needed.

We look forward to having you as a new patient!
